Application Procedure

• The application for Eligibility letter is done through Rwanda Higher Education Council (HEC);
• After the issuance of Eligibility letter, the applicant brings it to Embassy for legalization.

Requirements

• Application letter addressed to the DG-HEC;
• Notarized copy of previous certificate/diploma/degree;
• Notarized copy of the equivalence for the previous certificate/diploma/degree in case it was awarded by a foreign higher learning institution;
• Admission letter from accredited foreign higher learning institution;
• Copy of a valid passport
• Being admitted in a program related to what the applicant studied in previous qualification (career linkage);
• Proof of having funds to secure tuition fees & living costs during the period study (show one year bank statement or sponsorship commitment letter.
